How should I export my movie?

So I was just editing a Twitch intro. I'm done now, but I don't know what format to export it in. Mpeg, avi, dv-avi, mpeg 4?

That depends on what you want to use it for. Read up on the different formats.

Depends on what you need was say H264 encoder and container is basically all the same only high bitrate and 60 fps

It makes sense to export it in the way you want to export your videos together with your intro later.
