OBS settings for stream?

I wanted to stream my laptop over Twitch, but if I do that, the FPS value goes down and the game starts to lag.

I own a Medion Erazer, Intel Core i7-6500U processor dualcore 2.5 ghz, 8gb ram and an NVidia Geforce gtx 950m

The stream should run smoothly, but does not have to have the best graphics, at least that one recognizes what. So it does not have to be Full HD and the game should run smoothly. Mainly I just want to stream cs and league of legends. Know me but with the settings not so good and hope I can help jmd.

No, the internet is not. Have it synonymous with jmd. With ner 100K line tried. Must be on my laptop or on my settings.

You have several options, but maybe you can do everything. It would be best that you go down the line. Since I have sorted by performance strong → weak.

At first, the screen is smaller. Maybe at 1600x900 or even smaller. Also, do not play the game in full screen, but either in the window / frameless with the same resolution.
Set the FPS to 30-40 FPS instead of the usual 60.
CPU preset (if you're streaming x264) on veryfast / superfast.
You can set the bitrate to 2500-3000.

Do not forget to pick a gamer shot as a source instead of a window shot. Game picking also improves the performance / quality of the game.
