OBS hear me in the stream 3 times with the echo getting quieter and lower?

I have a problem with OBS and when I start the stream on Twitch I hear myself, but several times. I hear myself more like an echo, even when I say something it comes in the stream, then it comes again a few seconds later and then again. It

gets a little quieter until it stops, why is that? Actually have not set 2 micros or something. You can also hear the voices twice in the Discord.
