Working student and small business feasible?

In addition to my full-time studies, I will probably now take up a position as a working student, where I will work 20 hours a week and earn around EUR 1,000 per month.

In my free time I stream on Twitch and want to apply for an affiliate and register a small business accordingly, because I will generate irregular and not very high income with it.

Now the question arises to me whether it is even possible that way. As far as I know, studying has to remain my main occupation, which is why I'm not allowed to work more than 20 hours a week.

Is the streaming already exceeding this limit? Unfortunately, I don't know my way around.

Jo, is not a problem.

No

So you would bypass your working student status because you would exceed the 20 hour limit per week.

Strictly speaking, that's a problem because you get over 20 hours.

that means you have a problem with the health insurance company at the latest.

If you would have to do your business hours during the lecture-free period, then you can work up to 40 hours.

You can get bogged down very quickly. And then you achieve exactly the opposite on all 3 levels, namely a failure.
