Cell phone recording without a microphone but with a cell phone tone?

I've been recording streams with my Samsung Handy Twitch for a few days now, and in retrospect I keep noticing that you don't just hear the stream sound in the background, but also my own voice or noise from the surroundings.

So my question would be you know in the PlayStore an app that only records the screen and the sound and not my own.

And also when I wear a microphone and switch off the speaker, the cell phone sound is also switched off automatically.

For the app you use remove the microphone rights in the settings.

I've already done that but then you can't hear the sound from your cell phone

Unfortunately, this only works if your mobile phone provider has built this function into the system.

Use Samsung's own screen recorder function and set to media only.
