I'm a Youtuber and take many clips from streamers in my videos (of course, everything was clarified privately with the streamer). Today I received 2 comments under my video and both have the same content., Twitch has exclusive rights 24 hours a day for the content, I did some research on the internet but found nothing that confirms this statement.
