When I stream e.g. On Twitch (have 10mb / s upload)
What would be the highest how I can set my bit rate?
What streaming software do you use? So OBS or Streamlabs OBS or XSplit etc.
Because Streamlabs OBS has a lossless setting, so I've always done well with it. At 10 MB / s I would recommend a bit rate between 3000 and 3500. You can play around and slowly go up with the value and see whether it gets better or worse.

And anything higher will of course give better quality, but you have to pay attention to the people with not so good internet. So it is up to you, as I said, if you want to go higher there's nothing in the way of your speed but better keep it between 3000-3500, such values are recommended.
