Gaming PC for streaming?

I would like to buy myself a gaming PC, with which I also decent on e.g. Twitch can stream. However, I know only limited with the inside of a PC and that's why I wanted to ask you.

Budget is around 1000 euro. Of course, keep as low as possible.

I would be really happy if someone could find something out there for me.

If you want to buy a finished PC, I can't help you unfortunately I can only say from personal experience that it is not so hard to build a PC and that you save money
