Twitch choppy settings streaming?

I want to set up that I stream my games directly on twitch

I installed OBS and Twitch Studio

but as soon as I stream the video on Twitch is choppy and delayed.

How do I get this wake up.

First of all you need grammar.
Then you need the right settings & an upload of at least 6 Mbit.

Your CPU is not the best, rather unsuitable for streaming & gaming. Here it is worth going over the GPU, since the RTX cards are well suited for this.

But your settings are also wrong.

EDITION> Quality meth. > Set to CQP> 15 & test
OUTPUT> Profile> main
OUTPUT> Buffer size out.

VIDEO> Filters> Lanczos

Do you want to stay on 720p? If not, try 900p at 1600x900.

ADVANCED> Priority to "normal"
