Hello how can I put somebody on the automatic host list and am streamer among you here who put me on it so I would put you on it too

This can be set in the channel settings in the dashboard. [See: 1 in the picture]
Dashboard -> "Settings" -> "Channel" -> "Automatic Hosting"

Activate there "Automatically host channels". [See: 2 in the picture]
With "Host List" you can manage the list of channels to be hosted. [See: 3 in the picture]

No, I do not currently stream a lot myself, which may change in the future. And no, I will not host you because I do not know them and therefore I do not know if I like what you are streaming.
