Host Ark on PC and play on Xbox?

I want to play Ark with a friend. A non-dedicated server is not enough for us, because you have the "tether distance" as a limitation, so you can't move too far from the host. (And yes, I know that you can also put it up, but it is still not enough for us.) We also do not want to rent a server because that would not be worth it for us and playing on a public server is also out of the question.

I have a PC and I have Ark on the Xbox store.
My boyfriend and I also have Ark for Xbox one.

My question now is whether it would be possible to run a Dedicatet server on my computer so that it is the host and we can both join it with our Xbox and if so how. Or are there alternatives that I could consider?

I would honestly be surprised if this doesn't work, because you can also play in crossplay, but I haven't found anything.

Crossplay goes between microsoft store u. Xbox ark, but no sow buys on microsoft, if it is available on steam (did a survey with 100+ people…) if you get the server hardware for xbox instead of normal for pc it should work, but no where to download it, but electricity costs should not be underestimated either, because a 10 slot server would be significantly cheaper.
