I only need the streaming key to be able to stream live videos @ Instagram from the PC via OBS. As with Twitch e.g.

If you can't use a streaming key, how do you do your live videos from your PC on Instagram?
Instagram does not have an RTMP ingest like YouTube, Twitch etc. Therefore this is not possible and not wanted or tolerated by Instagram. There's one way to do it with a program called "Yellow Duck". But I can't tell you how the software works because I haven't used it myself.
