How do I get to twitch this pop table where you can see someone subscribed to me?

When I looked at someone on twitch I noticed when someone subscribed to him there was a pop table asking how to do that

This comes automatically when subscribing. The first subscription is only that he has subscribed (subscribed).

If you have the second (or more) times, then at the top of the chat a box and there you can enter a message. After that appears in the chat that you have subscribed to the message.

If you have the second (or more) times and this box does not appear, then press F5.
