Twitch Resubben even though it has already expired. Is that possible?

I'm on Twitch 17 months sub with a streamer. About a week ago, however, I subscribed to Julien Bam with Prime (as always) to become a founder there.

Now what I'm asking myself is: if I resub the channel I was sub in three weeks from now, I still have the icon of the 17 months or does it look as if I had subscribed for the first time😅🤡

Would be nice if someone wrote it to me because otherwise I would have to pay money and really don't have much hehe😗✌️

If you have had the founder badge once (because you were one of the first subs of the channel), you will not lose it if you are not a sub in between. (However, this can't be displayed while you are not a sub, but is only available again as a sub.)

It is the same with the normal sub-badges. You don't lose this if you haven't been a sub in between. You can continue to share how long you've been Sub overall, and if you hover over your Sub badge in chat, you'll see how long you've been Sub overall.

The only thing that happens when you haven't been a sub in between is that the sub-streak starts all over again, which you don't necessarily have to share.
