Do I have to register a trade or something similar as an artist?

At the moment I'm making a little money on the side via commissions (orders for certain people, etc. To draw e.g. Twitch emotes). It is still not enough to live but it is increasing and I wanted to secure myself against the tax office.

I currently have a job, which means that drawing is only a side job.

Now my question is whether I have to get a business or maybe I have to register as a freelancer. Can I even register as a freelancer if I do another full-time job?

It would help me a lot if someone could tell me where to report to avoid getting into trouble because of tax evasion or something.

Twitch emotes and the like Is not art. These are commissioned work and must be registered as a trade. This has nothing to do with taxes at first.

The business ad is primarily consumer and competitor protection. The trade office should know who is in the market.

The tax office will clearly receive information about the registration and will then contact you.
