Huawei p30 pro notifications are not displayed?

Also on my mobile phone, snapchat or twitch or any other apps do not show any notifications on the lock screen or anywhere else, so I can't even get someone to send me something or that someone is live that is really annoying because someone like me may know it can fix?

Search for notifications in the settings, then select notifications under "Other".

Search for the apps there and activate notifications.

If I have already done it 3 times, then I can do it twice and then again
