PC freezes when starting Minecraft?

I don't know why every game is about Battlefield, overwatch, COD etc.

When I start minecraft everything starts to hang Youtube, Twitch etc. How can that be?
Could play games that only work for NASA computers and even there it wouldn't even hang.
Drivers are up to date, 16GB Ram are also 0 used

Well if 0 is used, there's something wrong.
