First to my hardware. I have a PC with a GTX 1060 and 16 GB RAM. The CPU is a Ryzen 5 1600. Despite this hardware, the Modpack is constantly in a period of a few seconds. My GRAKA as well as my RAM and CPU are not fully utilized. Render area is already down to 8 chunks. What do I have to do in the Twitch Launcher so that it runs more smoothly again, or can it really be due to the hardware. Just for explanation, I can play GTA and Rainbow with high resolutions at a constant 60 FPS.
How about the RAM usage in the Task Manager?
That is very often the problem with such modpack launchers.
It doesn't have to be your hardware. What does your base look like? If too much happens in the same area, it can also lead to laggs.
Which pack are you playing exactly? FTB does not have Skyblock 3, it has SkyFactory 3, there's a Modern Skyblock 3, but this is not from FTB.
If it's SkyFactory 3, give it up, 1.10 is rubbish and not good with mods. If it is Modern Skyblock 3 it could be due to too little ram. 6-8 gb are appropriate.
In the Twitch Launcher, at the top left of the 3 lines, File → Settings you can adjust the ram for Minecraft.
"laggt" >>>> [Refers to:] Lag: Excessive delay caused by real-time telecommunications. This may be due to high network latency or the lack of processing power on the target server or client that is communicating with.
If it worked well at some point in the past, it could be due to a deconfiguration of the software, especially the drivers.
You can try:
-Reinstall the game or restore the PC to a restore point before the problem.
- Check the DirectX libraries in your application (DirectX diagnostic tools).
It's not a hardware problem if other games work for you, but it could be a software problem.
If the game never worked for you, then it is not compatible with your drivers or any particular configuration. Usually the game brings information about it.
The problem can also be due to a connectivity problem in your network and the configuration of the game, creating a "bottleneck".
