Twitch music in GTA RP?

I want to start twitch, but I'm unsure about the music.

I know that you can't play copyrighted music.

Now I wanted to know what it looks like when someone plays music in RP. For example, on a car ride or at a party. Is the VOD gone then? And can I be striked for it (no idea how to write it)? Or do I have to get away from the music within a second. I can't help it.

I think at Twitch it doesn't matter which music you play…

YT is stricter there.

I'm not 100% sure!

On Twitch you can play the music you want. By the way, on YouTube too. Only then you can't place advertisements on your streams on YouTube.

I heard in the stream that is still a gray area but in the VOD's the places are completely muted.

Now I would be careful.

The Universal Group banishes everyone.

Clips, vods and also live in the stream.

It wasn't like that a few years ago

Cl

No, that is not correct. At least not automatically. The artist can let you go on strike, but nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Doesn't make sense either because all advertising revenue goes to the artist.

Qu

OK. So when in-game someone turns on music, away immediately or how?

Cl

By the way, if a song does not last longer than 15 seconds, the copyright does not intervene in the RP. So everything on a legal basis.

Wo

I would do now. Play Rp yourself and know the problem.

Qu

Okay thanks. Then you have enough time to walk away a bit. Wants to be on the safe side😅.

Qu

Okay thank you
