Music in the livestream (Twitch)?

I have a question Undzwar music or copyright music is indeed muted in the connection of Twitch or the complete track for several minutes. For some streamers this is not so Mehdi or Montanablack. Is there a way to legally and without the twitch it then sounds music to run.
