Twitch chat does not work?

If I'm at twitch and want to write in the chat, then do not gest it I can no matter what streamer write nothing in the chat please one help me thanks in advance

You may always catch streamers who have chat only for followers from X hours. Just go to the channel of any viewer who is visibly not set up for streaming and try it there.

Maybe you are blocked globally (if there's such a thing), could you write with the account earlier?
