Find correct obs attitude?

I have a 40k upload and these specs:

╠► • Main board: 1st floor STRIX B450-F GAMING

╠► • GPU: ROG Strix Radeon RX 5700 XT OC

╠► • Hard Disk 970 EVO Plus M.2 SSD | Toshiba HDWD110 | WDC WD2500HHTZ

╚► • RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB

I have already set something in Obs only when I run in some games or something is generally moving quickly, my picture becomes pixelated and the stream delay goes up slightly and becomes low again later and it is no longer as clear as it should be I have to say yes that I stream on Twitch and I stream with a 7500br, which is more than enough for 1080p60fps (my knowing)

these are my settings that I have so far. Is everything correctly set as I have read myself, etc.

You can even take 20k as the target bit rate, give that a try.
