If you want to completely remove your account information, this can't be done via the account settings. Instead you can find the corresponding link in the https://www.twitch.tv/...y-choices/. Remember that you can't undo the deletion. If necessary, inform friends and followers about your plans in advance.
Click on the http://www.twitch.tv/...te_account.
Log into your account.
Check the account name and, if you wish, provide a reason for your decision.
Click on "Delete Account".
Here you can delete your Twicht account you only have to enter your password:
