Twitch: Ban or Bug?

I've had a pretty stupid problem on Twitch for 2 days. I created a second account with a live streamer to troll him. (That was for fun). Then I couldn't write anything on my main account! (Or could already write, but nothing arrives) Reported this to him and he said it was not sm Ban but was a Twitch bug, but still can't write, why is that?

This is not a bug, but a shadowban.
