Control Ps4 Stream on PC?

I would like to stream on Twitch on Ps4, but I already know how it works, my only question is, how can I control this stream on my laptop when Ps4 and laptop are logged into the same Twitch account? So far I can only control the stream on the Ps4, but it's a little annoying to keep leaving the game!

You can't control the stream on the Ps4 without drifting out of the game.

However, if you only want to stream / record the picture of the Ps4 with your Pc, you could connect the Ps4 via Remote Play and stream this window.
