Do you have to give a bank account when you become a Twitch Affiliate or can you use everything besides the money you earn?

As I will soon have the opportunity to become a Twitch affiliate, I just wanted to ask you a question.

Since I would not be legally able (my age) to earn money and tax it etc. (trade)

But still would like to use the other functions of the affiliate program I wanted to ask if this works.
