Stream new 3ds on your cell phone via twitch?

I wanted to ask if it was possible to connect my new 3ds to my cell phone and then stream it to twitch. I have an Android phone. Is that possible and if so how?

Of course, that doesn't work. How is that supposed to work?

The 3DS neither has a video output, nor does a cell phone have a video input.
