I have a 20 Mbits upload and a Ryzen 9 3900x, rx 590, 32GB DDR4, I want to stream on Twitch and then end-code the stream with x264 so because the processor I have set the CPU load setting to slow when I start the stream and I play the example white Rocket League, the processor is loaded by about 20 percent and the GPU by 80% but in OBS the "Skipped frames due to coding delay" is displayed to 85% and the FPS rate starts to drop a bit and I know not why?
Do you have an idea?
Another question, why such high-end components and then only one RX 590?
It should be clear that they slow each other down.
Huh what does that have to do with obs? I can perhaps understand that the GPU slows down the CPU, but the CPU slows down the GPU doesn't make sense to me, if the processor were too weak then the graphics card would be slowed down by the processor, but not if it is too strong.
And by the way, i'm currently waiting for a rx 6800 xt.
They slow each other down…
The settings of "Video" and "Output (Streaming)" would be very helpful.

If the 20 Mbit UL Speed is according to the contract, then do a speed test for real ones.
No sry, but that's not entirely true
Hm, yes.
Can we maybe do this on Discord?
Do you have Discord? Then I could show you my settings
Yes, but only had time today around 8:00 p.m., preferably before my stream. If you don't care that I can't use a mic, you can do it from now on.

Yes I don't care at all, it's perfectly clear, thanks!
