My final question: Can I somehow cut down the hourly streams in 15 minute sequences without having to re-render the whole thing? For me, the feature in Twitch doesn't work when exporting with a maximum of 15 minutes…
First you have to go to "YouTube Studio".
Then click on "Send feedback" at the bottom left on "Settings".
Then on "Channel" and on "Available Options". Then you can adjust the lower one.
