Accidentally bid on someone else's twitch?

I once bid someone on Twitch followers for fun. The whole thing on a Discord server where you enter a command and then a Discord bot botts the followers. Can the streamer locate me and contact someone I know? Or can you find out the ip via a Twitch account?
