Google and YouTube won't open?

I can't open YouTube and Google on my pc. I've tried Chrome Firefox and Microsoft Edge but it doesn't work everywhere. It didn't work with Bing either. Virus scanner says that everything is ok and I restarted my PC. My internet works too. Other things like Twitch or insta work in the browser. What should I do now?
