As part of Twitch Affiliate, I own a small business.
SO, now I have 1. A tax ID (since birth) and 2. A tax number for small businesses (Internet marketing on the Twitch platform). Which of these do I have to state in the tax interview?
Additive:
Do I have to submit one for the tax ID and one for the tax number on my future tax return? Or is the tax number for small businesses noted under the tax ID?
Does anyone have general experience with it?
First of all, congratulations that you have now given up some rights to Twitch & that you are bound to an exclusive contract or want to bind to support Twitch or donate your earnings to Twitch for the first time.
You can enter both the tax number and the tax ID.
As a small business, you do your EÜR once a year and send it to the tax office, for example. About ELSTER. Your private tax return has nothing to do with your business and are 2 different things.
Mmmh "both and". But how? I can / may only state the TIN in on-boarding. That would be the tax ID in good German. Then the tax number of the business remains.
I gave my tax number at the time.
Sufficient in principle. It is important to register a business & in the EÜR, provided you stay in the tax-free allowance (22,500 euro in the 1st year).
Well, as I said, there's a trade, then I will now state the tax number of it.
You can do it, that's how I did it and the tax office hasn't complained for years.
