You can practice speaking freely for the first time with videos. If you don't like something, you can simply cut it out. With streams everything is live, should you get confused or talk nonsense, you can no longer undo it.
If you want to start from 0, as you mean, it would be best if you start with YouTube videos, as something can get used to opening your mouth. Sounds banal, but it is difficult for many to have an orderly flow of speech. There's nothing worse than a streamer who is calm all the time, says nothing and is so interesting to watch like watching grass grow. You also have the advantage of YouTube videos that you can edit them afterwards, should you say something wrong or, as mentioned, simply nothing. Depending on how much effort you put in and how actively you upload videos, you can build a community and then transfer it to your live streaming channel at the appropriate time. What kind of videos and in what quality you publish them is also crucial. Chasing the trends and starting React Videos won't do you any good because you're too insignificant and never seen. Find something where not so many people are traveling and try to build a small community out of it for the first time.
Let me give you a hint from Content Creator to Content Creator: In the beginning, don't expect your videos to go viral or similar. You need staying power and a lot of perseverance for YouTube. You may get almost no viewers in the first few weeks of the week. However, you shouldn't let it get you down and always stay on the ball. After all, it is our hobby and we do it because we enjoy it and not because we want to please someone on the other side of the screen. You always have to keep that in mind.
