I wrote the youtuber openly and honestly on Whatsapp, he read it and then blocked me. I had nothing bad in mind, I just told him that his number was not leaked anymore.

You shouldn't write to known people. No matter what. They will block everyone from viewers anyway because they want to prevent the number from spreading. Even if you wouldn't send it any further, you have this number and could spam it with crash codes or otherwise write it to them and distribute it, and they don't want that. With these codes you could bring your cell phone to a standstill and even catch fire because of overheating.
It should actually be clear that you don't write to a Youtuber or a friend without permission, whether the number was leaked or not!
I write all of this from my entire experience, I'm also a streamer and Youtuber on Youtube and Twitch with 732k. These things happened to me with the codes and my cell phone went up in flames in the stream because of the overheating of the lag. Then a lot of people wrote to me on WhatsApp and of course you block all of them? Who knows how many will have this number then.
