I'm allowed to use streams on Twitch neither facecam nor micro. I know these are not a good basic requirement for a successful stream, but can I somehow get as many viewers as those with micro and facecam?

Without a microphone, no chance. Why should you watch this? So you probably won't have a single viewer.
Yes of course. There are many successful no mic streamers, among others there are some in our crew with an average of 30-50 viewers. Only at the beginning will it be difficult to insert [No Mic] in the title.
Finally someone who supports small streamers because they may not trust each other or are not allowed to use a microphone and facecam. You have my full respect.
