Which tripod can you recommend?

I have been streaming on Twitch for some time and want to improve my stream quality! To do this, I would like to change something on my handcam, and so far I've only clamped it on the top of my monitor and now I want to have one that really hangs over my setup, something like this, just not as range zoomed xD:

About my camera: It's a Logitech C920 and I don't have a tripod, so I'm looking for one. However, the tripod should hang over my setup as desired and if possible not be too expensive (lower than 50 euro, as far as it goes). So maybe you have some ideas for me!

Unfortunately I don't know how much space you have. But there are these very flexible and stable tripods. Maybe it will help you.

You could take a cheap microphone arm and then put an adapter on it to screw the camera on.

I only have a few experiences with the HTC Vive Lighthouses and some people have become really imaginative. Maybe there's something there?
