Very popular / cool platform
Disadvantage:
Many Youtubers / Article 13
Twitch:

A very well known streaming platform / many viewers
Disadvantage:
Just making stupid laws / Lots of streamers
Mixer.com:
Advantage:
Very small platform / May the platform grow
Disadvantage:
Few viewers /?
Who needs the Twitch dictatorship, and Article 13 does not only concern YouTube, it affects every website with such content.

Not because the market is already so flooded with live streams that you hardly have a chance to get in there.
Mixer is rubbish and absolutely not relevant as a streaming platform in Germany because there's no German audience there.
The competition at Twitch is too strong for the small streamers, but not exactly weak for the larger streamers.
I would recommend YouTube as a beginner most, because you have less competition and because everyone has a YouTube account and therefore has built a small community in advance and does not start from scratch.
