Twitch music in stream but not in clips?

Today I watched a streamer and it also had music playing in the background. When I made a clip because he did something really blatant, the music that was open was no longer in the clip. How do you do that?

In one of the more recent OBS updates, you can choose which audio tracks are saved in clips and which are not.
