Windows is moving windows, volume control in the browser?

I hit the keyboard while gaming and something opened with Office and something with a computer voice. Since then * my Windows was "if I move the window in Chrome or want to adjust the volume on Twitch. I have already restarted the PC but it is still so strange.

Could I accidentally have activated something?
