Xbox one graphic error?

My xbox one often has graphic errors as shown in the video, but only if you open certain apps or if you e.g. Certain settings open. Is not the TV connection and probably not the cable. What else can it be and can you solve the problem?

My Xbox had a few quirks recently and sometimes didn't even get more pictures. Sometimes the whole picture was red for me and everything flickered. After a long time everything went back to normal. I also don't know why
