Xbox Game Pass without Xbox?

As you can see from the above question, I wonder if it is possible to use the Xbox Game Pass without having an Xbox. I'm only interested in the Play Anywhere games like Forza Horizon! The official website of Microsoft offers little information and other pages formulate that in my opinion, something unhappy. Does anyone have experience?
