Sell XBox incl. Game (on hard drive) and score?

I would like to sell my XBox and bought and downloaded a few games from the online store, which of course are then a) linked to my account on the XBox hard drive and b).

First, the games are current (the current Ghost Recon and Call of Duty for example) and popular, I think the chances / price for the package would be higher.

Secondly, I unlocked a number of time-consuming weapons etc., which can be saved as a buyer (with an interest in Xbox and shooters).

What would you look for in a sale like this as a seller?

Of course delete the payment data (PayPal for LIVE account and in-game purchases) / cancel LIVE account, the address can the new user change if necessary?

Is there anything else to know? Can it all be done differently / easier?

I don't know, but it would be too delicate for me. After all, the new owner needs access to your account to use the games.

I also think that such a transfer violates the AGbs Microsoft.
