Pc slowly what could be broken?

So first the prehistoric…

It was at night and gambled so well so far. Then I got up and stumbled over a cable from my Xbox and the console fell from the table to the switched-on PC. The pc has hung up. I then restarted it and the PC started normally so far… But then it took about 30 minutes until I could start the game. No matter what game I've played it has never finished rendering. Browsing was still possible but gambling was simply impossible and took a long time. I'm not really sure what broke, but at least there's something wrong…
