I wanted to ask if and if so how it is possible to transfer a game bought as an Xbox disk to the PC.

This is not possible. You can't install PC games on a Nintendo either.

Unfortunately, this is only possible with games bought online.

Xbox game discs are intended for the Xbox only. Unfortunately, those are read out or recognized by a computer.
