Secret neighbor?

I don't want to talk long about the bush, so let's start:

The game chat does not go secret neighbor so it is usually like this: You play the first round, everything is still possible, but in the second you don't hear the other or one doesn't hear the like.

Do you know why? Or how to fix it? If it works at all? Because it really doesn't matter. Play BTW on Xbox one

Is a bug. Write to the developer / support and see what he writes back…
