How do you stream games via Xbox Game Pass / Saves Sync?

How do you stream on PC (I want to download games that I like anyway, but first test them via stream)
Are the saved games synonymous with downloaded games, for example, with the mobile devices?

You can't stream on PC.

This is currently only possible for Android.

Which somehow makes sense because if I have a console or PC I can download and play the games.

The smartphone is then used on the go or far from home. With all the disadvantages that streaming games brings with it.

The scores are synchronized via the cloud because you are playing with the same account.

Streaming is really only intended as an alternative for on the go.
