Xbox game you bought no longer playable?

I bought Modern Warfare and recently deleted it because I needed storage space, at least I can no longer play it after reinstalling it. It says that I don't have the license and that I have to buy the game, but I've already bought it, I just deleted it. Does anyone know how I can restore the license? Or is there some way I can still play the game or do I really have to buy it again (I play on the Xbox)

If you re-download it from my games and apps, entire library, all owned games, it should actually work.

Maybe restart the console or uninstall the game and reinstall it as noted.
