I played the first episode of the game using the Xbox Game Pass on the Xbox One and bought and played the 2nd and 3rd. As I then wanted to play the 4th episode (I also bought), a window suddenly appeared saying I need to be signed in with the right profile (I was) and that I should make sure that Xbox Live Gold; Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or EA Access is up to date. The error code was: (0x80f900a)
However, I have subscribed to Xbox Live Gold and EA Access, logged in with the correct profile, and I see no reason to subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, because I bought the game (except the 1st episode) in the store.
In addition, it has always worked to at least start the game.
If jemamd knows, I ask for an answer.
It can happen. Just restart xbox and try again ;-)
Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately did not work.
Error codes explicitly (0x80f900a) are software problems, either from the game itself, or from the X-Box itself. If you have not already done so, the best thing to do is look for the error code on the net, do not you think so? The support apart, since reboot has brought nothing.
