I bought a PlayStation a month ago. I bought Tomb Raider for that. When starting the game every time comes immediately a message that playing online because of my age is not possible.
The game is from 16. I'm soon 18. Overwatch, which is also 16, is playable. I have no restrictions on my account.
I do not understand why the online features are blocked. This does not bother me with Tomb Raider, in other games that are only playable online. These games are from 18, so I can explain that to me. But I do not understand that in Tomb Raider.
Is there any solution to this problem? Or do I just have to wait until I'm 18?
Age restriction in settings maybe? The one with the parents… But you say that everything is in the green area so. Maybe your account or game is from another country? Other countries may also mean other age release.
Unfortunately already tried everything. I'm allowed to bring everything and PlayStation as well as games from Germany. But thanks.
Googling in any case. There's definitely a solution, no question.
I've already googled, but did not come across a working solution. I have only found problems in which the children were under the minimum age, which is why Sony locked the functions firmly, which I'm not, however. I'll keep watching.
