Is an Xbox series X worth it?

Have a full hd 144hz monitor

Would you notice a difference between the X and S?

Ray tracing and graphics in general would look better on the Series X.

However, the Series S is enough for your monitor.

Is clearly undersized for both consoles. I guess that the difference in terms of picture technology with FullHD won't be that big, but maybe you could use 120Hz in more games with the X. But you won't see it until the consoles are outside.
